I was surprised when I saw all of the 5-star reviews, so I visited Top Tier Ceramics in person: Pre-Visit I called and spoke with Tristan. Not only is he well-mannered, but he is extremely knowledgeable about a variety of vehicles and all services offered. He was willing to spend time on the phone to answer questions about their services and the company as a whole. Initial Visit I wanted them to see the vehicle so they can [literally] point out how their services will be done. I also wanted to see the facility and staff in person prior to confirming any work with them. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised by their facility, knowledge, and services done. Tristan and Pablo explained how everything will be done and they were specific to my vehicle, further attesting how they work efficiently. An initial invoice was printed and sent to my e-mail also - another expression of their professionalism. Pricing They are extremely fair on pricing. As an added bonus, they also decreased the overall price due to the several services done, compared to if everything was completed individually, without any inquiry on my end to do so. Work They live up to their name – Top Tier. They communicated with me throughout the process, sent visuals, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Before arriving, an e-mail was sent to me from SystemX with the warranty code and Carfax info - a nice touch that I didn't have to submit anything. Post Work They wanted to see the vehicle after 1-2 weeks to further check on their work. They also have annual check-ups - a testament to their professionalism and how much they believe in the reputation of their company. Pics You can see how they differ from others. They will ceramic coat your windows, brake calipers, full rims, etc, where other companies will not. You will also see that the PPF will not stop at an edge/corner, which will eventually cause dirt to build. They work on pieces, extending beyond each piece to create a seamless look and stronger protection. In Short "Top Tier Ceramics" lives up to their name with their work... they're top tier. From pre-appt calls, the initial visit/consultation, to post work, they are beyond professional and extremely reasonable with their pricing.
